When you buy a suscription to Hopping Words or AI credits for Hopping Words, you buy them through Paddle, our merchant of records. Paddle handles payment processing and refund requests. Paddle's Refund Policy applies to the sale of Hopping Words subscriptions and AI credits purchases. The following remarks summarize and clarify how that policy applies to Hopping Words.

We honor all refund rights that you have under applicable law. You can learn more about country-specific legal rights to refunds in Paddle's Refund Policy.

The fact that some or all AI credits included with a monthly, yearly, or lifetime subscription have been used does not, by itself, affect any refund rights that are provided by applicable law.

Purchases of separate AI credit packages are generally non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If there are technical issues with the Hopping Words software, please contact Hopping Words first at info@hopping-words.com so that we can attempt to resolve the issue. As described in Paddle's Refund Policy, if the issue cannot be resolved and applicable consumer protection law requires a refund, Paddle will process the refund accordingly.

When a monthly or yearly subscription expires, any AI credits remaining on your AI credit balance expire. Their expiry does not give rise to rights to a refund unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for money.
